Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards for a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Log into your HER Beauty account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
